寄生虫学会への入会方法／How to join the Japanese Society of Parasitology
- 入会希望者は，入会登録/変更届に必要事項をご記入の上、学会事務局までFAXまたはE-mailの添付にて送付ください。入会登録/変更届は本ホームページから ダウンロードして使用して下さい。（Word形式のファイルになっています。ダウンロードの後，必要事項をご記入の上，E-mailの添付ファイルあるいはFAXにて学会事務局に送付してください）
If you wish to become a member, please fill in the required items in the “Registration Form” and send it to the society secretariat by fax or as an attachment to an e-mail. Please download the “Registration Form” from the link below.
- 年会費（一般正会員￥11000円、学生会員￥7000円）は郵便振替取扱票（ゆうちょ銀行）により払い込みして下さい。払込先は以下の通りです。ただし、評議員の年会費は16000円、Parasitology International誌の配布を希望する正会員の年会費は14000円となります。
The annual membership fee is 11,000 yen for regular members, 7,000 yen for student members, and 16,000 yen for councilors. The annual membership fee for regular members who wish to receive the Parasitology International in printed form is 14,000 yen. Please pay the annual membership fee to the following account at Japan Post Bank. The account name is in Japanese only and not in English.

- 登録内容変更に変更が生じたときは遅滞なく学会事務局までE-mailあるいはFAXにてご連絡下さい。入会登録/変更届は上のリンクからダウンロードできます。
If there is a change in the registered information, please contact the secretariat of the society by e-mail or fax without delay. - 事務局で会費払い込みの確認後，速やかに会員登録の手続きを行います。
After confirming the payment of the membership fee at the secretariat, we will promptly complete the membership registration procedure. - 入会年月日は原則として会費納入日といたしますが，次年度からの入会希望の場合は１月１日となります。
As a general rule, the date of enrollment will be the date of payment of the membership fee, but if you wish to enroll from the next fiscal year, it will be January 1.
★ 会員は、必要事項を正確に申告するようにして下さい。特に評議員の方で、生年月日の登録がない場合、３年に一度の役員選挙の際、被選挙人名簿に登録されないことがあります。ご注意下さい。
★ Members have to provide all required information accurately. If you are a councelor, you must report your date of birth, otherwise, you may not be registered on the electoral list at the time of the triennial election of officers.
● PIのオンラインアクセスには会員番号が必要です。
● Your membership number is required for online access to Parasitology International.
会員のメリット／Member benefits
- 日本寄生虫学会において演者として発表する資格が与えられます。
- 日本寄生虫学会会員名簿（ただし作成時のみ）が事務局から発送されます。
- エルゼビアサイエンス社（オランダ）が発行する学会誌Parasitology International（年４号発行）のオンラインフリー購読が出来ます。冊子体ご希望の方はご相談ください。
- 日本寄生虫学会のメーリングリストに登録され，学会からの各種情報を得ることが出来ます。
- You will be qualified to present as a speaker at the annual meeting of the Japanese Society of Parasitology.
- The secretariat will send you a list of members of the Japanese Society of Parasitology (but only at the time of creation).
- You can subscribe to Parasitology International (issued four times a year) published by Elsevier Science (Netherlands) online for free. Please contact us if you would like to receive a printed form.
- You can subscribe to the mailing list of the Japanese Society of Parasitology and obtain various information from the society.
会員登録内容の変更について／Change of membership registration details
現住所，所属機関等，入会登録/変更届の登録内容に変更があった場合は，速やかに入会登録/変更届の変更項目に○を付け，変更事項を明記してFAX、郵送またはE-mailの添付ファイルとして学会事務局にお送りください。なお，届け出用紙については、本ページの「入会登録/変更届」からダウンロードしてお使いください。
If there are any changes in your current address, institutional affiliation, or other registered information on your Registration Form, please circle the items on your Registration Form that have changed, clearly state the changes, and send the changes to the Society Secretariat by fax, mail, or e-mail as an attachment. Please download the Registration Form from the link above.
退会手続きについて／About withdrawal procedure
- 都合により退会を希望される方は，届け出用紙にご記入の上， FAX、郵送またはE-mailの添付書類として学会事務局にご連絡ください。
If you wish to withdraw from the Society for any reason, please fill out the Withdrawal Form below and fax, mail, or e-mail it to the Society Secretariat as an attachment.
